Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-08-09. This covers quietramp.com — what we collect, why, and where it goes. We keep this short because we don't collect much.
What we collect
The only information quietramp.com collects is what you type into thecontact form: your name (optional), email address (required), the website you'd like audited (optional), and your message. Submitting the form sends this to our own server over the same connection as the rest of the site — it isn't handled by a third-party form service.
If you email contact@quietramp.comdirectly instead, that's a normal email and subject to your and our email providers' own handling, not this form.
How we use it
We use contact-form submissions for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. We're a small operation without an automated data-retention or deletion schedule yet — if you'd like your submission deleted, email us at the address above and we'll remove it.
Analytics and cookies
quietramp.com does not currently run any analytics or tracking script, and it doesn't set cookies. If we add analytics in the future, our intent is to use a privacy-first tool (for example Plausible or Fathom) that doesn't use cookies or track individuals across sites — the kind that doesn't require a cookie-consent banner — and to update this policy before that ships, not after.

Questions
Email contact@quietramp.com with any privacy question, including requests to see or delete data we hold about you.
This page describes our actual data practices as a small, new operation — it is not a legal compliance determination (for example, under GDPR or CCPA) and shouldn't be read as one. As with our audits, Quietramp provides technical accessibility services, not legal advice; consult qualified counsel for any legal question about data-privacy compliance.
